If my site is closed on Friday may I take my child(ren) to a site that is open on Fridays?

No,  Those sites are also filled with chidlren.  You may only attend one site.

Having "extra" children at those Friday sites will cause our staff ratio to be out of whack.

Step 2: Choose the tab with the information you want to update

Which Campus should I choose for my child?

The Campus you want to select is where your child will be attending the primary service in which they are participating. This is typically the school your child attends.

How do I withdraw my child from the program?

Step 1: Go to Financials Section and select Services

Step 2: Identify the Child and Service you want to Withdraw

Step 3: Click on the Withdraw button for that service

*Please note that you will have to withdraw from each service separately for each child.

*Please also note that we require 14 days advance notice for withdrawal.

*There is not a refund with withdrawing a child from the program.

What should my child wear and what can he/she bring to the Club.

Members must wear the provided summer T-shirt everyday.  Each child will be provided one shirt.  Additional shirts may be purchased for $8.00 a piece.

Footwear must be worn at all times. Sandals, flip flops, slippers or open-toed shoes are allowed in the Club. Appropriate attire may be required for certain activities.

It is up to the discretion of the staff as to what clothing is inappropriate. We tend to follow school guidelines in terms of what is appropriate. Your child may be asked to change clothes or phone home if necessary. Examples of inappropriate clothing include: sagging pants; logos associated with alcohol, drugs, or offensive material; and clothes that are revealing.

A child may bring a water bottle.  We highly suggest that the child does not bring anything of value to the Club (watches, radio, phone, etc.).

Who do I call to show my appreciation or if I have a challenge?

Calling the Administrative Office at 225.383.3928 is the best number to reach someone to share your thoughts and/or concerns.
